How big should the back and side pillows be? Backrests and armrests are sized from the seat. On a 75 in (190 cm) seat, two backrests of about 37.5 in (95 cm) each fill the run and an armrest bolster closes each open end. Send the seat size and a sketch of the corner, and the designer drafts every piece before sewing. ### Are you based in the United States? Sets are made in Istanbul, Türkiye; there is no showroom or pickup point in Wyoming. Two or more corners are planned as one layout, not as separate standard L sets. Each wall is measured so the runs meet at every corner, and at each corner one run gives up a seat depth, about 27.5 in (70 cm). A U with a 165 in (420 cm) back wall and two 118 in (300 cm) sides takes three seats of 55 in (140 cm) on the back and two of 45 in (115 cm) on each side, because 118 in (300 cm) minus 27.5 in (70 cm) leaves 91 in (230 cm). The quote then lists every run and corner piece. > I would number the corners on the sketch before measuring anything else. One photo from each corner tells a planner more than a long description. ## Can covers be ordered alone, in a fabric you saw as a sample? Covers can be ordered without the foam inside, for example to give a set a new color. Name the fabric and color from your sample, give the size of each cushion, and add a photo of the seating the covers are for; ask us before ordering covers for foam that did not come from one of our sets. Each cover closes with a zipper. A sample lets you test the weave and the shade before anything is cut, and solid colors are picked by number from the fabric color card. Choose by how high you like to sit and by who gets up from the corner most often. ### A wall is 197 in (500 cm) long. How many seat pieces does it need? Three seats of about 66 in (167 cm) each, since two would run past 75 in (190 cm), the longest a single seat piece measures. Each seat takes two backrests of about half its length, so this wall carries six backrests. ### Does an L come with armrests at both ends? A standard L has two armrest bolsters of 19.5 × 8 × 8 in (50 × 20 × 20 cm), one at each open end. A custom majlis spaces its armrests and pillows by seating length, so nothing feels crowded: a small L usually takes two to four armrests and a large U six or more. ### Can I add a piece to my set later? Later orders can add single pieces, from seat cushions and backrests to corner backrests and armrests, and can include replacement foam or covers alone.
