Cushions are pressed, rolled and vacuum-sealed for shipping and spring back to full size once you open them; they can't be re-compressed at home.
Your set ships in several boxes, typically two or three for an L-shape and more for larger layouts, and they may arrive on different days.
Every box gets its own tracking number, emailed as soon as your order ships.
Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice that lists the goods, their value, weight and materials.
Care
Covers unzip and can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle with a mild detergent; avoid heat, which can shrink them.
How high will you sit?
The 4 in (10 cm) and 8 in (20 cm) sets are the everyday choices; 12 in (30 cm) and 16 in (40 cm) cushions are usually made to order.

Stacked cushions are separate pieces, not sewn together, so a top layer can come off and serve as an extra floor mattress for guests.
Questions buyers ask
Can I get the design I like in a darker shade, such as chocolate brown or navy?
Darker shades such as chocolate brown, navy or deep green are available for most designs, either as a darker colorway of the same pattern or in plain velvet or chenille. Light parts of a design can be swapped for brown, and one set can mix shades, for example chocolate seats with beige backrests.

Can you make a majlis I saw on social media, but in my own choice of colors?
A design you saw on social media can be made in your own colors: send the photo, video link or model number and say which parts to keep and which to change. The same model can be reproduced in another color or fabric and sized to your room, for example black with gold or gray instead of beige.

Long rooms are where custom lengths matter most: short walls take single cut-to-fit seats, long walls take equal pieces, and the backrests line up all the way along. This design is one of the made-to-order majlis families we size wall by wall. The black glass coffee tables in the photos are room styling, quoted separately if you want them.

How deep should seats be in a long, narrow room?
Seats are normally about 29.5 in (75 cm) deep, and two facing runs at that depth take 59 in (150 cm) of the width. In a room under 138 in (350 cm) wide, shaving the depth toward 23.5 in (60 cm) is what I recommend.

Will the beige match your floor and walls?
Beige covers many tones, and the exact one is picked from a numbered fabric card, so the seating can follow your room rather than the photo. Warm neutrals like this sit among the beige, taupe and champagne majlis designs. Ask us about fabric swatches and a foam sample before you order.
What should a request for this jalsah include?

How long can one run of this jalsah be?
A run can be as long as the wall. It is cut into equal seats, none over about 75 in (190 cm), so a 309 in (785 cm) wall takes five pieces of 62 in (157 cm), and the backrests stay evenly spaced along it.
Can the beige jalsah have a wooden base on one side only?
Mixing builds works: foam seating along the walls and a wooden-base section on an open side, such as an entrance. Since a wooden section sits at 14.5 in (37 cm) to 16 in (40 cm), the foam runs are made to that height.
How many armrests does a long wraparound need?
Armrests follow the length of the seating and every open end. Expect two to four on a small L and six or more on a large U; the drawing shows each one so pieces can be added or dropped before cutting.
