Request a written quote
A majlis quote request starts with your delivery country, then asks for the layout, each wall measured from corner to corner and the seat height you prefer. From those answers the design team draws a layout showing every piece with its size and sends it back with a written quote for that room.

The request form opens once our privacy notice is published.
What does the quote request ask you for?
The country comes first: a country outside our delivery list shows an information card in place of the send button, so nobody fills in a form we cannot act on. Message us and our team replies on business days.
- The space: a home, or a business such as a café, restaurant, mosque or event venue.
- The layout: one wall, an L, a U, four walls, two facing runs, or not sure yet.
- Each wall from corner to corner, lettered A to D, in feet and inches or in centimeters, or the plan number from the majlis planner if you have already drawn the room there.
- Doors, windows, radiators and floor vents along those walls, and any side with no wall behind it.
- Seat height, shown as pictures from 4 in (10 cm) up to 16 in (40 cm), with not sure as the starting choice.
- Anything else that helps: the build, a model code or an inspiration photo, fabric and color, extras such as a rug or an ottoman, and a needed-by date.
- Room photos, a short video or a hand sketch, which make walls and openings easier to read.
Without measurements, choose that option and give the usual number of guests and the type of room instead. When you are ready to measure, the majlis measuring guide has a printable worksheet with a line for every wall and opening.
What happens once the request reaches the design team?
- The design team reads the walls together with the photos and asks about any measurement that does not add up.
- Custom orders start with a layout plan for your approval.
- A written quote follows for that layout.
- Model, measurements, seat height and fabric code are confirmed with you once more before production.

Can a café or a mosque use the same quote request?
Choosing a business space adds a few fields: the business name, the number of branches, the opening date, who builds any fixed bench, and a floor plan upload in PDF, DXF or DWG. Cafés, coffee houses, restaurants, mosques, community halls, event venues and resellers order made-to-measure floor seating through this same request.
Can one request cover majlis seating for two or three rooms?
Several rooms can be quoted together. Describe each one separately: give the room a name, then its own wall-to-wall measurements, a sketch or photos showing doors and windows, and the seat height you prefer there. Say which design and fabric belong in which room, because a guest room and a family room rarely share one layout.
Each room comes back with its own layout and piece list, in the same fabric or in different ones. Production time depends on your layout and the season — ask us for the current schedule.
