Can I buy just back cushions and armrests without the floor mattresses?
Backrests, armrests, corner backrests, ottomans and pouf pillows can be ordered on their own and cut to size, either complete or as covers only. Give the exact dimensions of what you already have, such as 75 × 27.5 × 8 in (190 × 70 × 20 cm) for a seat, and say which items you need complete and which only as covers.

Can I add a half-length seat or extra armrests to extend my L-shape?
A half-length seat of about 37.5 × 27.5 in (95 × 70 cm) extends an L-shaped set along a longer wall and comes with one armrest. It is listed at 4 in (10 cm) but can be made at 8 in (20 cm) to match thicker seats, in the same pattern and color. Some patterns are not made in half-size pieces, so confirm availability before paying.

Can I order only pillows or pillow covers, without buying a full sofa set?
Pillows and pillow covers can be ordered on their own, in the fabrics used for our sets. The usual pieces are pouf pillows of 27.5 × 19.5 in (70 × 50 cm) and foam cubes of 23.5 × 23.5 × 8 in (60 × 60 × 20 cm). Send sizes, quantities and a photo of the fabric or the set they should match.

What counts as a spare piece in a floor majlis?
Any part of a floor majlis counts as a spare piece, because the same few parts repeat along every wall. Seat cushions, backrests, corner backrests and armrest bolsters make up each run. Each part follows the sizes used in our Arabic floor sofa sets, so a new piece lines up with the old ones.

No seat cushion is cut longer than 75 in (190 cm). A longer wall is split into two or more equal cushions. Single-wall sets use a shorter backrest of 35.5 × 16 × 4 in (90 × 40 × 10 cm).
Which spare layer can go on top of a seat you already have?
A new foam layer can be stacked on top of a seat you already have, without replacing the cushion underneath. Seats come in four thicknesses, from 4 in (10 cm) up to 16 in (40 cm).

Before replacing a cushion that is still sound, I add a layer. Because the layers are not sewn together, the top one doubles as a guest mattress on the floor.
What arrives inside a spare cushion?
Nothing hides inside a spare cushion except foam: no frame, no springs and no wood. Seats use high-density polyurethane foam — ask us for the exact density for your build. Seats feel on the firm side of medium, and the fill can go softer or firmer on request. Open one zipper and you will learn more than from ten photos.

Will a new piece match a set bought earlier?
A new piece matches an older set best when it is cut from the same fabric code. Solid colors are listed by number on our fabric color card, so ask for the same number. The majlis sample box lets you check colors and foam at home before anything is cut. Judge a swatch by a window in daylight, not on a phone screen.
When does a half seat fill a wall better than a new layout?
A half seat earns its place when a wall runs about 37.5 in (95 cm) past your last full cushion. Smaller gaps of up to about 2 in (5 cm) disappear into the foam. Anything in between gets a seat cut to length. On an L, the corner belongs to the first run, so the second wall's cushion comes out about 27.5 in (70 cm) shorter.
A bigger room changes the sums. Extra seats on an old U can leave a gap or run past a corner. Send the wall lengths instead, and compare them with the plans on majlis layouts.
Do spare pieces arrive ready to use?
Spare pieces arrive ready to use, foam and cover together. The foam travels vacuum-sealed. Open the bag within about a week and let it recover for a day. Buyers who add to a set tend to notice that the foam is already zipped into its cover.
How is an order for single pieces handled?
List the pieces you need, with sizes and a daylight photo of the set. Standard floor cushions are produced in batches ahead of orders. Ready-made sets are packed soon after payment — ask us for the current dispatch time. Made-to-order sets take a little longer than ready ones — ask us for the current timing. How do I make sure an extra piece matches my original color?
Send a photo of the set you already own with its model name or fabric number, so the same fabric is used for the new piece.
The ready L set comes with only two armrests. Can I get four?
Extra armrests, backrests and seat cushions can be added to any standard set in the same fabric, so an L can take four armrests. Add them to the first order so they are made and packed together. Delivery costs depend on your country and order size — your quote shows them before you pay.
Can one worn or damaged piece be replaced on its own?
