What fits a wall of just over 200 cm (79 in): one bench, a compact L or a U?
An indoor wall of that length takes a single wooden bench set: one bench of 190 cm (75 in) with a seat cushion, two backrests and two armrests. A rug and pillows are separate additions. A German search for an orientalische Sitzecke, an oriental seating corner, leads to the same single-wall, L and U plans.

Questions buyers ask
- Before I order, what is the total delivered to my address in Austria, with any VAT?
- Your quote lists the set and every included piece. Delivery costs depend on your country and order size — your quote shows them before you pay. Import VAT is a separate step, explained in your quote and in the customs card below, so ask the designer to show both parts together before you pay.
- What happens if the courier can't reach me when the boxes arrive?
- Put a mobile number that someone answers on the order, add a note if the entrance is hard to find, and write your name as it appears on the doorbell. When nobody will be home, use the tracking link to move the date, since a parcel that cannot be handed over can go back to the sender.
How do you send metric sizes for a tiny room without a mix-up?
A tiny room leaves no slack for a misread figure: centimeters can be taken for inches, and a wall length for a seat length. The design team therefore answers with a drawing that marks every length, and you hold it against your tape before anything is made. Measure in one unit, write it down once, and never mix units on one sketch.
Austria is split almost evenly between houses and flats, with about 49% of people in a flat, so balcony walls and compact Ls matter as much as big rooms.
Can you order only backrests, armrests or covers for seating you already own?
Backrests, armrests and seat cushions are separate pieces, and spares, replacement foam and covers-only sets can be ordered at any time. Send photos and the length, depth and thickness of the seats you own, plus the model you like. The designer tells you which pieces can be made to match. A standard long backrest measures 95 × 40 × 10 cm (37.5 × 16 × 4 in), two to a seat, and the spare pieces themselves are listed under floor cushions.
How do the boxes get to an Austrian address?
A commercial invoice describing the goods, their value, weight and materials goes with every shipment. After you order, the courier asks for a phone number and an email address. After dispatch each box has a tracking number of its own, and a large order may be split into parcels that arrive on different days.

How long is the balcony season, and where do the cushions go in winter?
Vienna's normals for 1991 to 2020 give five months, May to September, with highs between 18°C (64°F) and 32°C (90°F), so a balcony set is an indoor set for the other seven. I measure a balcony twice, once along the rail and once at the threshold, because that is where the seat has to stop short. Our usual fabrics are meant for indoor rooms; for a set that has to stay out, the water-repellent outdoor range, mostly plain colors, is the one to ask about.

It's my first time buying furniture from Türkiye while living in Austria. How is my payment protected?
Pay through the payment link in your quote rather than by transfer to a person. Accepted methods: major credit and debit cards via a secure payment link. Custom orders are photographed and filmed for your approval before they ship. There is no branch in Austria.
My balcony is only 120 cm (47 in) deep. Can the seat be shallower than usual?
Seats are 70 cm (27.5 in) deep on floor sets, a narrow space can take about 50 cm (19.5 in) to 60 cm (23.5 in), and a deeper seat goes up to about 85 cm (33.5 in) on request. Mark the clearance you want in front of the seat on the sketch.
The boxes arrived but a piece is missing. Should I wait or tell you right away?
Tell the team the same day and keep all the packaging, with photos of every box and its label. Large orders are sometimes split into several parcels, so check the tracking for any box still on the way. If anything arrives damaged or missing, message us with photos as soon as you can and we'll put it right.
