Cushions are pressed, rolled and vacuum-sealed for shipping and spring back to full size once you open them; they can't be re-compressed at home.

Your set ships in several boxes, typically two or three for an L-shape and more for larger layouts, and they may arrive on different days.

Every box gets its own tracking number, emailed as soon as your order ships.

Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice that lists the goods, their value, weight and materials.

Care

Covers unzip and can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle with a mild detergent; avoid heat, which can shrink them.

Can I buy single pieces, such as an armrest, a backrest, a floor cushion or a rug, on their own?

Single seat cushions, backrests, armrests and rugs can be ordered separately. Identify the Anatolian Kilim design and the exact component rather than requesting an unspecified extra piece. Its dimensions and fabric reference should be checked against the existing U, especially where a new component will meet a corner.

How many sofas or sections will I get for my room?

The number of sections depends on the wall lengths you want seated, not on the room size. A standard section is 75 in (190 cm) long, so an L along two 132 in (335 cm) walls usually needs about four seats once the corner depth comes off one side.

Seating alone is 14 of those pieces; smaller packages stop at the rug, or the rug and ottoman. Two backrests, each about half a seat long, stand on every seat, and the two shorter corner backrests sit where the runs meet. How do the three runs of the Anatolian Kilim U meet at the corners?

At each of the two corners, roughly 27.5 in (70 cm) of seat depth is used up. That is why a standard plan of 75 in (190 cm), 130 in (330 cm) and 75 in (190 cm) holds three 75 in (190 cm) seats with no cut pieces. Rooms that differ are planned from corner-to-corner wall lengths, and each run is divided into equal seats of up to 75 in (190 cm).

Which Anatolian Kilim colorway, from royal blue to maroon, suits the room?

The weave comes in Royal Blue, Blue, Gray, Green, Red and Maroon, all photographed. Back cushions carry kilim panels of stepped diamonds and hooked medallions, while the seats and bolsters wear a fine pinstripe. Can the Anatolian Kilim U be split into an L and a single set later?

The seats, backrests and armrests are separate pieces, so a U can become an L in one room and a single run in another. The split leaves one corner backrest spare and needs one more armrest for the new open end, ordered in the same weave.

Do the Anatolian Kilim covers come off for washing?

The covers unzip from the foam and can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle. Skip hot water and the dryer, because heat can shrink a cover, and let it dry fully before you fit it back on.

Which Anatolian Kilim pieces can be reordered after a few years of use?
