- I already own three matching floor sofas. Can I order just a corner backrest to turn two of them into an L?
- Single pieces can be ordered at any time, so a corner backrest, an extra armrest or another seat can extend a set you already have. The short corner backrest measures 23.5 × 16 × 4 in (60 × 40 × 10 cm). Send a clear photo of your current pieces, and the design name if you still have it, so the new part is cut from the same fabric.
- What is the difference between a cushion's thickness and its depth?
- Thickness is how tall the seat cushion stands from the floor: 4 in (10 cm), 8 in (20 cm), 12 in (30 cm) or 16 in (40 cm). Depth is how far the seat comes out from the wall, about 27.5 in (70 cm) on floor sofa sets; it can be narrowed to about 19.5 in (50 cm)–23.5 in (60 cm) for a tight room or made deeper, up to about 33.5 in (85 cm).

What are the wooden-frame sofas made of, and where do they work best?
The Sedir Bench line is built on a solid pine frame and covered in a heavy kilim-style weave instead of regular upholstery fabric. It sits firmer than the all-foam sets, a common choice for cafes and restaurants, and a standard bench is 75 × 27.5 × 16 in (190 × 70 × 40 cm), cushion included.
Can curtains be made to match the majlis?
Curtains are made to measure for each window, floor-length or to backrest height, and are ordered together with the majlis. They can have up to three layers: a sheer, a main color layer and an optional decorative top layer, each on its own ceiling track.
Can a majlis be planned for a hall or a community event room?
Large rooms are planned the same way as homes: cut-to-length seats, small filler seats and backrests split evenly over each seat fill every wall without gaps. The designer then spaces the armrests along the run so it never feels crowded, usually six or more on a large U.
