Cushions are pressed, rolled and vacuum-sealed for shipping and spring back to full size once you open them; they can't be re-compressed at home.

Your set ships in several boxes, typically two or three for an L-shape and more for larger layouts, and they may arrive on different days.

Every box gets its own tracking number, emailed as soon as your order ships.

Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice that lists the goods, their value, weight and materials.

Care

Covers unzip and can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle with a mild detergent; avoid heat, which can shrink them.

Have you made sets in the colors I picked before, and can I see photos of real finished projects?

Photos and videos of finished majlis sets are kept by fabric number, so the team can send examples in the browns you shortlisted. Ask for examples at the same seat height and layout as yours for the most useful comparison.

Do you offer faux leather for a family majlis?

Faux leather is available in plain colors only and wipes clean easily. Solid-color fabrics are straightforward too, and a faux leather color chart is available for custom orders.

How high will you sit?

If someone at home finds low seats hard to get up from, choose 12 in (30 cm) or the 16 in (40 cm) sofa-height option; 4 in (10 cm) to 8 in (20 cm) suits a classic floor-style room or a prayer room.

How does brown velvet cope with a busy family room?

A deep brown hides small marks better than cream, though no fabric is spill-free. I would still choose brown over cream for a room where the children eat their snacks.

Blot a spill at once with a dry cloth, and unzip the cover if a mark stays.
Covers unzip, and a marked one can go through a gentle 86°F (30°C) machine wash with a mild detergent.
Let a washed cover air-dry fully, away from heat, which can shrink it.

Room size, seat height and extras: what is fixed before cutting?

Three things are settled before any fabric is cut. The room size comes first, wall by wall. Then the seat height: 4 in (10 cm) or 8 in (20 cm) for floor-style sitting, 12 in (30 cm) or 16 in (40 cm) for older knees. Last comes the list of extras, because tables, rugs and curtains are separate lines.

A wooden base fixes the seat at 14.5 in (37 cm) to 16 in (40 cm), with no lower option. Sizes, seat height and fabric number are all checked with you once more before production. Custom orders start with a layout plan for your approval.

How dark should the brown be, and can it change?

Choose the brown by its number on the color card, and the shade on your quote is the one that gets sewn. A darker brown suits a room with daily traffic. Gold accents are optional, and the same modules take any other color in the range.

If something looks wrong after delivery, what is the first step?

If a seat looks flat out of its vacuum bag, give it about a day. Open every bag within about a week.
If a box is late, check its tracking: boxes can arrive on different days.
If a cover is past saving, a single replacement cover can be ordered any time.

Can the brown velvet seats be made without a wooden base?

A wooden base is optional on most designs, so the brown velvet can sit on all-foam modules instead. Those come in two main heights, 12 in (30 cm) and about 16 in (40 cm), and lower floor-style seats are possible too.

Can more brown velvet seats be added later?

Single seats, backrests and covers in the same velvet can be ordered any time, as the family grows. Keep your layout drawing, because new pieces are cut to the sizes listed on it.

Are the X-base glass tables sold with the brown majlis?

The glass tables are an add-on with their own line on the quote. A set pairs one big table with four side tables, or nests 5, 7 or 9 pieces, and the seating can be ordered without any of them.
