Cushions are pressed, rolled and vacuum-sealed for shipping and spring back to full size once you open them; they can't be re-compressed at home.

Your set ships in several boxes, typically two or three for an L-shape and more for larger layouts, and they may arrive on different days.

Every box gets its own tracking number, emailed as soon as your order ships.

Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice that lists the goods, their value, weight and materials.

Care

Covers unzip and can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle with a mild detergent; avoid heat, which can shrink them.

Have you made sets in the colors I picked before, and can I see photos of real finished projects?

Photos and videos of finished majlis sets are kept by fabric number, so the team can send examples in the shades you shortlisted. Ask for examples at the same seat height and layout as yours for the most useful comparison of color and proportion.

Can the mustard and charcoal Greek-key majlis be made in two other colors, say navy backrests over gray seats?

Each part takes its own swatch number from the color card, so backrests and seats can be ordered in two different solid colors, including shades we have not photographed yet. The charcoal Greek-key weave can stay on the sides as the link between them.

How high will you sit?

If someone at home finds low seats hard to get up from, choose 12 in (30 cm) or the 16 in (40 cm) sofa-height option; 4 in (10 cm) to 8 in (20 cm) suits a classic floor-style room or a prayer room.

How much wall does it take, from a small L to a full hall?

There is no fixed size. Each wall is split into seat pieces of up to 75 in (190 cm), a corner seat fills every inside corner, and the armrests are spaced so the line never feels crowded. A small L usually takes two to four armrests, a large U six or more.

Seats are about 29.5 in (75 cm) deep. A tight room can take a shallower seat of 19.5 in (50 cm) to 23.5 in (60 cm), and a deeper one runs to about 33.5 in (85 cm), both on request. Custom orders start with a layout plan for your approval.

Which seat height and build suit the Greek-key base?

I would keep this design at 12 in (30 cm) or higher, because a taller seat shows more of the Greek-key band along its side. That is a matter of taste, not a rule.

The low line works too. Made all in foam, the same seats usually sit at 8 in (20 cm). Seats use high-density polyurethane foam — ask us for the exact density for your build.

Can the mustard be shifted warmer, softer or swapped for another color?

Mustard is one shade on the color card, where solid colors are chosen by number. Nearly every model can be ordered in any shade the range offers, so a warmer or quieter tone can replace it while the charcoal Greek-key stays.

Our notes on pairing seat, rug and curtain colors help with the rest of the room. A close relative of this set is the mustard velvet design with charcoal quilted bolsters. Ask us about fabric swatches and a foam sample before you order.

Does the mustard majlis come with the cube tables shown?

The black and gold cube tables, the rug and the festoon blinds are room styling. A majlis quote covers the seating, and matching tables, rugs or curtains are added only when you ask for them.

Can the Greek-key weave be swapped for a plain charcoal base?

Most designs can take another fabric from the range, so a plain charcoal velvet can replace the Greek-key weave on the bases and armrests. The drawing shows the change before production, so you see it first.

Can the mustard and charcoal set be made as one straight run?

A single wall works too. It is split into seat pieces of up to 75 in (190 cm), with an armrest at each open end, and the backrests are spread evenly over each seat so no gap shows.
