Cushions are pressed, rolled and vacuum-sealed for shipping and spring back to full size once you open them; they can't be re-compressed at home.

Your set ships in several boxes, typically two or three for an L-shape and more for larger layouts, and they may arrive on different days.

Every box gets its own tracking number, emailed as soon as your order ships.

Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice that lists the goods, their value, weight and materials.

Care

Covers unzip and can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle with a mild detergent; avoid heat, which can shrink them.

How high will you sit?

If someone at home finds low seats hard to get up from, choose 12 in (30 cm) or the 16 in (40 cm) sofa-height option; 4 in (10 cm) to 8 in (20 cm) suits a classic floor-style room or a prayer room.

Transit is counted after dispatch rather than from the date of the first inquiry. Check the destination-specific delivery terms in your quote. Ask us for the delivery estimate to your country. Custom cutting and sewing need their production stage before the parcels begin transit.

Do you make curtains that match the majlis fabric and colors?

Matching curtains are made to order alongside a majlis, in the same fabric family or a complementing color, cut to your window or wall size. A typical design layers a sheer, the main colored curtain and an optional decorative top, with a ceiling track for each. They are quoted as a separate line.

The seat foam is firm to medium-firm; softer or firmer filling can be requested.

Every seat and backrest is foam in its own zippered cover. On pale fabric, that is the detail that matters most. Cream and gray is one of the lighter palettes among our Yemeni majlis rooms.

How do pale covers stay pale in daily use?

Press a dry cloth onto a spill the moment it lands; rubbing spreads it.
Unzip a marked cover; it can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle.
Hang it to dry, since a hot dryer can shrink it.
If one window is very bright, move the most-used seat out of the strongest sun.

How is a long room split into cream seats?

Long walls are divided into equal seats of no more than 75 in (190 cm). A 236 in (600 cm) wall takes four seats of 59 in (150 cm). Each seat carries two backrests, so the light gray runs in an even rhythm. Corners take one seat-depth off a side run. Doors, vents and heaters go on the sketch, and the drawing shows where each run stops.

Warmer cream or cooler gray: how far can the palette move?

Each shade is chosen by number, so the cream can lean warmer and the gray cooler. Gold accents are optional; the armrest panels can stay gilded while everything else stays plain. Light rooms with gold trim and star tables are gathered under gold-detailed royal majlis styles.

Which small weekly habit keeps cream seats bright?

One habit is enough. Once a week, look over the seat nearest the tables and lift any fresh mark before it settles. A mark caught early is the easiest one to lift.

Are the gilded armrest panels included in the seating quote?

The seating quote covers seats, backrests, two styles of armrest and matching pillows, so the armrest ends are part of it. The gilded finish is a design choice; gold accents are optional and can be left off for a plainer run.

Can the light gray backrests be made in cream to match the seats?

The backrests can be sewn in the same cream as the seats for a single-tone run, or in a deeper gray for more contrast. Pick both by their color-card numbers so the fabrics match the drawing.

Is cream seating practical in a home with small children?

Cream works best with children when the covers come off for washing and the backrests are firm, fixed pieces, because loose pillow-style backs tend to end up on the floor. A spare cover for the most-used seat helps too.
