Cushions are pressed, rolled and vacuum-sealed for shipping and spring back to full size once you open them; they can't be re-compressed at home.

Your set ships in several boxes, typically two or three for an L-shape and more for larger layouts, and they may arrive on different days.

Every box gets its own tracking number, emailed as soon as your order ships.

Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice that lists the goods, their value, weight and materials.

Care

Covers unzip and can be machine-washed on a gentle 86°F (30°C) cycle with a mild detergent; avoid heat, which can shrink them.

Questions buyers ask

When I measure for an L- or U-shaped majlis, should I subtract the corner depth myself?

Don't subtract anything: send the full wall-to-wall length of each wall and the designer handles the corner. Where two runs meet, about one seat depth, roughly 27.5 in (70 cm), comes off the connecting run, so a deduction on your side would take it off twice and leave the set short.

Additional cushions, backrests and armrests can be requested for an existing set. Send the Saray fabric reference and the dimensions of the component you want, so current availability can be confirmed. The additional piece should be specified for the actual L rather than matched from a screen color alone.

How do two 75 in (190 cm) seats share one corner?

One seat runs right into the corner, and the second begins one seat depth, about 27.5 in (70 cm), away from the first wall. That is why a standard Saray L asks for about 75 in (190 cm) on one wall and 102 in (260 cm) on the other. I write both wall lengths beside the corner on the sketch, never only their total.

Other rooms get seats cut to length, with no piece longer than about 75 in (190 cm). Custom orders start with a layout plan for your approval. A shortened seat can move where a medallion falls, so check its place on that plan.

Is a 8 in (20 cm) Saray seat one block or two stacked layers?

A 8 in (20 cm) seat can be either, so name the build you want. Stacked layers stay loose, the top one doubles as a spare floor mattress, and with both seats stacked the full set lists 16 pieces.

Choose a thicker seat for anyone who finds low seating hard to rise from and a thinner one for a classic floor room or a prayer corner. Maroon, Navy Blue or Gray: which Saray ground suits your room?

Saray is woven in 11 colorways: Blue, Brown, Gray, Green, Maroon, Navy Blue, Red, Royal Blue, Taupe, Turquoise and Mustard Yellow. Taupe is offered from the color card only, and there is no black Saray, so Navy Blue is the darkest ground.

The weave is meant for indoor rooms. Ask us about fabric swatches and a foam sample before you order. Each backrest carries a stepped, hook-edged medallion drawn from Anatolian village rugs, as the Saray pattern story explains.

What should your sketch show before the design team draws the L?

Tape both walls along the baseboard and note each full length in one unit.
Draw doors, windows and radiators with their distance from the corner.
Photograph the corner from the doorway and mark the longer wall.

Does each run of the Saray L need a wall behind it?

Both runs lean on a wall or another firm surface, because the backrests are loose cushions rather than a frame. If one side must stay open, metal back supports can be added on request.

Where does the ottoman usually go in a Saray L?

Most rooms set the rug inside the L with the foam ottoman on it, within reach of both runs. On standard sets it stands about 8 in (20 cm) high, level with the seats.

Can a short wall take a half-length Saray seat?

Half-length seats of about 37.5 in (95 cm) help fill shorter walls. Because a shorter seat crops the woven design, ask to see where the medallions fall before you confirm.
